4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are set out in your individual contract. Typically, a deposit is required to secure your event date, with the balance due prior to the event. Late payments may incur interest. Scott Events reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not received in accordance with agreed terms.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation terms are detailed in your individual contract. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date may be subject to the full contracted fee. Changes to event scope may affect pricing and will be agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability
